About
Tom is an experienced professional with 30+ years in engineering, project management, and procurement across Goodyear, Rohm and Haas /Dow, and Ciba /BASF. Tom has a strong track record in project, group, and change management within European HQs and factories. Since 2004, he specialized in energy, centralizing procurement, developing risk and hedging strategies, and leading EMEA-wide energy efficiency programs. He played a key role in driving a zero-loss culture in manufacturing and led the definition and implementation of Goodyear's scope 1 & 2 decarbonization strategy. Tom has also consistently led business transformation projects.
